An epic year-long project to refurbish all areas of the hotel, including the 241 bedrooms, the restaurant, the pool area, and the entrance. We worked closely with the project managers from the principal contractor and the other subcontractors, including plumbers, carpenters, and builders. The turnaround was tight as the hotel was open throughout, but the contract was completed on schedule and the final finish exceeded the hotel’s expectations.
